Booking privacy notice

The service provider is the data controller. Contact, booking and participant data are processed to take requested pre-contractual steps, perform the service contract, administer payment and tickets, communicate service changes, handle claims and comply with accounting and tax obligations.

Core booking data are processed because they are necessary to enter into and perform the contract. Payment and accounting data are also processed to comply with legal obligations. Fields marked as required are needed to create and administer the booking; without them the service cannot be ordered.

Data may be disclosed only as necessary to payment processing, hosting, database, email, accounting and professional service providers and to public authorities where required by law. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, an applicable GDPR transfer mechanism must be used.

Data are retained only for the documented operational, limitation and statutory accounting periods applicable to the booking. The data subject may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object where the relevant GDPR conditions apply, and may lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).

Booking is not conditional on direct marketing consent. If marketing consent is requested, it is optional, separate and may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the booking.
